Heat pump with smart grid contacts

The smart grid controller features a generic driver for controlling heat pumps with smart grid contacts. There is support for boosting, blocking or normal operation of the heat pump.

Boosting involves communicating to the heat pump that it may temporarily use more energy than normal.

When blocked, the heat pump is asked to temporarily use less energy than normal.

During normal operation, the controller does not intervene in the operation of the heat pump.

When adding the heat pump, the controller will ask which (combination of) relays are used for the different modes. Please refer to your heat pump manual for correct wiring.
