Log in to Insights 2
- Open the Insights 2 platform in your browser.
- Enter your credentials to log in.
Navigate to My Buildings
- Once logged in, locate and click on the "My Buildings" section in the dashboard.
Select the Correct Building
- From the list of buildings, find and select the building where you want to add a physical measurement point.
Open Datapoints
- In the upper navigation bar, click on "Datapoints" to access the building’s datapoints configuration.
Add a Physical Measurement Point
- Click on "Add Physical Measurement Point" to create a new measurement point.
Locate the New Measurement Point
- Scroll down to find the newly added measurement point labeled as "New Measurepoint".
Access Settings
- Click on "New Measurepoint" and then select "Settings" from the menu.
Update Connection Database
- In the Connection Database section:
  - Paste the JSON configuration you retrieved from the API to JSON Datapoint.
Navigate back
- We changed the "id" of the Measurepoint so we have to navigate back, follow the steps from "Navigate to My Buildings"
